2025 turned out to be a year of profound shift—one I hadn’t been expecting. In hindsight, I probably should have seen it coming (and maybe, somewhere deep down, I did).

After the success of co-leading our first retreat last year, Elsa and I were really looking forward to teaching another one together—and so, we did!

In 2018, I co-led my first Yoga & Surf retreat in Nicaragua with my friend Frankie—a week full of yoga, waves, and joyful connection.
