Forward bends are the most ingrained movements of the practice, as we encounter them regularly in daily life. In yoga, they connect us to the water element, awaken creativity, and turn our focus inward, inviting introspection and self-reflection.
Payment for the series is final and non-refundable, except in the case of a medical emergency. Cancellation fees may apply to cover administrative costs. Cancellations made less than 14 days before a workshop/the series must be paid in full. However, the spot may be transferred to another person if necessary.
